JOB SUMMARY:
The sales Coordinator position requires you to work quickly, accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment while providing administrative support to the sales team. This position will be responsible for processing all Order Packages and related documents (invoicing, verifying customer credit approval, order the equipment from vendor, issue purchase orders, make delivery arrangements and track the order through delivery). Prepare reports, department internal/external audits, monthly commission statements and other administrative duties. This opportunity represents Shoppa&rsquo;s Material Handling and requires professionalism, strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, great attitude, high level of confidentiality and world class customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Review each Order Package for completeness (Signed order by customer and/or Purchase Order from customer, vendor quotes, and other items associated with the order)</li><li>
Enter information into the various systems</li><li>
Verify or request customer credit for the Order Package</li><li>
Purchase the Equipment and coordinate with other departments or dealerships</li><li>
Track the order and schedule delivery</li><li>
Coordinate used, rental and new equipment demonstrations</li><li>
Maintain proper inventory levels of new equipment</li><li>
Purchase all equipment for the rental department</li><li>
Conduct audits for new, used, rental and allied inventory; general ledger balance audits and various other Toyota audits</li><li>
Order data tags for equipment if required</li><li>
Create customer invoice and prepare reports</li><li>
Process the Territory Managers monthly commissions, create weekly and monthly sales tracking reports for management and sales team</li><li>
Other duties as required</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>High School diploma: college degree preferred with accounting background</li><li>
Rental and sales experience in the material handling, industrial equipment or automotive industry preferred</li><li>
Experience in MS Office (Proficient- Word, Excel, Access, etc.) SAP, MS Navision, ERP or Soft base systems preferred</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player; must be flexible</li><li>
Great customer service and attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of a Field Service Technician is to perform on-site inspection, diagnosis and repairs of customer&rsquo;s lift trucks and equipment at their location. Conduct overall inspection to verify the truck is up to safety standards and make recommendations on any required repairs. Enter necessary information on work orders and work order summary. Must have good communication skills and world class customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Coordinate daily schedule with Field Service Advisor</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service at the site</li><li>
Communicate with the customer upon arrival and update as needed
</li><li>Inspect the forklift and/or issues that were reported</li><li>
Give customer full report on condition of equipment and what is needed to repair equipment along with the cost to do so</li><li>
Diagnose and repair equipment per customer request</li><li>
Quality control each job to ensure completeness</li><li>
Communicate with customer and dispatch on job completion</li><li>
Clean the area after work is completed</li><li>
Verify the equipment is up to safety standards</li><li>
Inspect company vehicle and initiate necessary scheduled maintenance per service manual guidelines</li><li>
Drive in a safe and courteous manner. Every day is a major responsibility to insure the employees&rsquo; safety as well as others on the road</li><li>
Complete and submit all work orders every day through electronic tablets that are issued to you
</li><li>Company issued van must be kept clean and orderly to allow technician to work efficiently while presenting a professional image to our customers.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Clean driving record</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience working on material handling equipment or heavy industrial equipment</li><li>
Auto, truck, or military repairs experience will be considered</li><li>
Requires strong mechanical aptitude</li><li>
