 Key deliverables for the position are as following:
 
 
 
 
 
 Trend research and in-depth market survey in order to thoroughly understand the market needs.
 
 
 Create detailed graphic designs for the respective category following customer instructions and established company standards and guidelines.

 To conceptualize, develop, and implement original digital graphics
 </li>

 To manage a high-volume of graphic design requests under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 To develop mood boards, creating sketches, and presenting designs to larger teams
 </li>
 <li>
 To partner with internal teams to produce concepts for seasonal product lines and graphic tees
 </li>
 <li>
 To work on season themes, Graphic Designing, Design Development, Product development, Pre-production sample development, Printing techniques and Sampling Co-ordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 To explore patterns, colors and techniques to create new and unusual graphics keeping in mind the brands product range.
 </li>
 <li>
 Development of graphics and planning unique and new placements, motifs and layouts
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide design/concept boards to communicate design and seasonal direction for textile prints, materials and trims.
 </li>
 <li>
 To work within a budget and to deadlines, whilst keeping up with current trends and production techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers. Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours, shapes &amp; graphics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising closely with buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points.
 </li>

 Graduate/Diploma in design/apparel merchandising,
 
 
 Diploma in graphic Designing
 
 
 NIFT (Diploma in Textile Design)

 Assistant Designer will support the design team in creating innovative and trend-setting fashion products for our retail brand. This role involves assisting in the development of collections, preparing design materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all designs are in line with the brand&rsquo;s vision and market trends. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and have a strong passion for fashion design

 Design Support:

 Assist the senior design team in developing new collections and concepts.

 Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new designs and trends.

 Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.

 Research and Trend Analysis:

 Conduct market research to identify current and emerging fashion trends.

 Compile trend reports and mood boards to present to the design team.

 Material and Sample Management:

 Source fabrics, trims, and other materials for collection.

 Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure samples and materials.

 Manage sample inventory and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
 </li>

 Collaboration and Communication:

 Work closely with the category team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
 </li>

 Liaise with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to align design objectives with business goals.

 Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Technical and Administrative Tasks:

 Prepare detailed technical packs for sampling and production, including specifications and measurements.
 </li>

 Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design archives.

 Support in the organization of photo shoots, and other promotional events.
