The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing &amp; Paid Advertising<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).</li><li>Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) campaigns for conversions and brand awareness.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI.</li><li>Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track performance.</li><li>Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.</li></ul>SEO &amp; SMO<ul><li>Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.</li><li>Manage Social Media Optimization (SMO) across major platforms to improve engagement and reach.</li></ul>Website &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Manage and update websites using WordPress, including basic page optimization.</li><li>Coordinate landing page creation and optimization for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Ensure website content aligns with SEO and conversion best practices.</li></ul>Creative &amp; Design Support<ul><li>Create and edit marketing creatives using Canva for ads, social media, and banners.</li><li>Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsTechnical Skills<ul><li>Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) principles.</li><li>Experience with SMO strategies and social media performance tracking.</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva for creative design.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Analytical Skills<ul><li>Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).</li><li>Understanding of customer funnels and performance-driven growth strategies.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and automation tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
