</li></ul>This Opportunity:
<ul><li>Design systems that manage stormwater runoff to prevent flooding and improve water quality
</li><li>Manage water resources projects, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to the development and delivery of comprehensive water resources projects.
</li><li>Work with our talented water resources staff to successfully deliver a wide variety of projects such as ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, and dam safety.
</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and growing staff.
</li></ul>Essential Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, Water Resources, or related field.
</li><li>Knowledge of local and state stormwater design manuals.
</li><li>Extensive experience in civil highway / roadway drainage design, engineering, and construction.
</li><li>Drainage system design experience.
</li><li>Previous experience with storm drain system analysis using CAD software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD and Civil 3D
</li><li>Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software
</li><li>Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states.
</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills
</li><li>Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience in civil highway / roadway drainage design, engineering, and construction
</li><li>Experience working with a team of drainage engineers, civil engineers and highway designers to deliver large transportation projects
</li>Experience supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $100,000 and $132,000 per year based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
