This individual must have a strong understanding of the print industry and be highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and thrive in a fast pass work environment.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with customers to discuss new design projects and recommend products to best serve customer&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Execute designs in a timely manner managing billable time across multiple orders.</li><li>Proof customers through email. Manage all design changes and new requests from customers across multiple orders.</li><li>Prepress customer supplied files to ensure they are ready for production. Verify file will print at optimal quality by ensuring print specifications match output criteria.</li><li>Communicate with customers if supplied files do not meet production standards.</li><li>Maintain website and update products and templates as needed.</li></ul>Secondary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Back up customer service and other departments as needed.</li><li>Design and assist with monthly marketing strategies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest printing and design technologies and materials by networking with other professionals, vendors, and attending workshops.</li><li>Take initiative to go above &amp; beyond the job description for the betterment of the company.</li></ul>Technical Qualifications<ul><li>Candidates with 3-5 years design experience preferred</li><li>Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Print experience preferred</li></ul>General Qualifications<ul><li>Must possess the following attributes: positive attitude, creative and able to problem solve, highly organized, strong sense of accountability, and high level of respect for others and work environment.
