We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur with multiple projects including real estate, a women&rsquo;s wellness brand (BalanceHER), and personal administrative support.This is a part-time position daily 10am-4pm,ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and has the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with social media posts and basic marketing</li></ul><ul><li>Manage emails, scheduling, and follow-ups</li></ul><ul><li>Help with tasks related to real estate business</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with BalanceHER brand tasks and projects</li></ul><ul><li>Make occasional phone calls to clients or vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Organize files, documents, and business materials</li></ul><ul><li>Run occasional local errands or assist with small personal tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Support day-to-day administrative needs</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong computer skills</li></ul><ul><li>Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and friendly personality</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment</li></ul>Preferred but not required:<ul><li>Experience in real estate, marketing, or small business operations</li></ul><ul><li>Basic graphic design or content creation skills</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible hours</li></ul><ul><li>Based in Las Vegas</li></ul>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with an entrepreneur, learning new skills, and being involved in a variety of projects.To Apply:Please send your resume and a short introduction about yourselfShowVegasRealty@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
