We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic &amp; 3D Designer to join the Showflow Events team. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visual content for corporate events, offsites, award nights, product launches, experiential setups, stage designs, and branding environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop 3D event designs including stages, booths, thematic installations, venue layouts, and experiential zones.</li><li>Create graphic assets such as branding collaterals, event logos, backdrops, standees, social media creatives, and presentation decks.</li><li>Work closely with the production and client servicing teams to translate ideas into realistic designs and production-ready outputs.</li><li>Convert client briefs into compelling design concepts with mood boards and reference options.</li><li>Prepare technical drawings, print-ready files, and fabrication-friendly designs.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure timely delivery of work.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, materials, and cutting-edge event aesthetics.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in event design (portfolio required).</li><li>Strong skills in software such as 3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro</li><li>Understanding of event production, materials, fabrication techniques, and spatial design.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and work in fast-paced timelines.</li><li>Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics, After Effects, or animation.</li><li>Knowledge of LED content design or projection mapping.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
