We cater to builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure projects across the region. We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professionals to join our growth journey.Position: Area Sales Executive &ndash; AAC Block.Department: Sales &amp; Marketing. Reports To: Sales Manager / Head &ndash; Sales.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.</li><li>Meet builders, contractors, developers, factory management and architects to promote AAC block products.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective field visits and client follow-ups.</li><li>Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations to demonstrate benefits.</li><li>Generate quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and finalize orders.</li><li>Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and service.</li><li>Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account relationships.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Submit daily and weekly sales reports, visit schedules, and pipeline updates to management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any stream (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of sales experience in AAC Blocks (Preferred), Cement, RMC, Tiles, Construction Materials, or Building Solutions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Good market knowledge of local construction and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.</li><li>Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license for field visits.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary Range: &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per month (depending on experience/interview).</li><li>Incentives: Attractive performance-based commission.</li><li>Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into Senior Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager roles based on performance.</li></ul>Work Location:Korba/Janjgir-Champa/Bilaspur/Ambikapur Region.
