Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager to manage and enhance our people and performance processes while ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture, aligning employee goals with business objectives, and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and compliant with legal standards.Key Responsibilities: People &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.</li><li>Support line managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps, training needs, and employee development plans.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous feedback, employee recognition, and accountability.</li><li>Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.</li><li>Manage employee relations matters professionally and sensitively, resolving conflicts and grievances as needed.</li></ul>Policy &amp; Procedure Management<ul><li>Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and best practices.</li><li>Ensure consistent communication and understanding of policies across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Monitor compliance with HR policies and intervene when non-compliance occurs.</li><li>Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.</li><li>Lead induction and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on performance management and policy implementation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR laws, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.</li></ul>Desirable Attributes:<ul><li>Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to balance empathy with objectivity in managing employee relations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
