Laptop &amp; Computer Service TechnicianWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various laptop brands (Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, etc.) and desktop systems. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys problem-solving, stays updated on the latest hardware, and provides excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Hardware Diagnostics: Identify issues ranging from broken screens and liquid damage to faulty motherboards and overheating.</li><li>Repairs &amp; Upgrades: Perform component replacements (LCDs, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, RAM) and intricate repairs.</li><li>Software Troubleshooting: Resolve OS issues (Windows/macOS), remove malware, perform data recoveries, and handle BIOS/firmware updates.</li><li>Quality Control: Test all repaired devices thoroughly to ensure they meet shop standards before returning them to customers.</li><li>Customer Interaction: Explain technical issues to customers in plain language, provide cost estimates, and manage repair intake/check-out.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts used and labor hours in our shop management system.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Technical Expertise: Proven experience in disassembling and reassembling modern ultrabooks, gaming laptops, and MacBooks.</li><li>Soldering Skills: (Optional but preferred) Basic to advanced soldering skills for DC jack replacements or component-level board repair.</li><li>Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with precision screwdrivers, multimeters, heat guns, and diagnostic software.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fragile equipment.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to handle small, delicate components with precision.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (desktops/servers).</li><li>Vision capable of seeing fine details on circuit boards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
