Also need to be demanding with concerns departments for achieving his KRA / MOP &amp; for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal.3 Participation in Resolution of Customer Quality Complaints in 2-2-2-2 manner4 Experience of Project Handling / Planning / execution required ( Raw Material used - Sheet Metal &amp; Structural Steel )5 Candidate should haveKnowledge in following areas&hellip;&hellip;&hellip;. 1) Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly , Machining Processes.2) Fabrication/ welding processes MIG-TIG-SMAW. WPS / PQR / NDT &amp; Welding Standards3) CED / Shot blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes4) Engineering BOM&rsquo;s &amp; Scope of Projects.5) Quality Management Systems.6) Knowledge of Kanban ,5S etc7) Materials &amp; Basic Metallurgy.6 Calculate the machine wise utilizations plan for monthly Schedule &amp; Plan the actions for meeting the Production &amp; delivery7 Work on Capacity Constraints &amp; Plan the actions for meeting the Production &amp; delivery8 To establish, maintain &amp; improve Manufacturing systems documentations &ndash; Prod report / Daily Rework report / daily scrap report / in process inspection report / 3S-3M report / NK Charts etc9 Identify the training Needs &amp; plan for Training for Manufacturing Team10 Material accountability &ndash; initiate actions for monitoring Raw material / WIP / Finish good inventory11 Compliance to the customer audits &amp; findings.12 Assign the resources for development &amp; Meet monthly Development Schedule13 Monitor the cost parameters &ndash; Labor cost /consumable cost etc14 Initiate the actions towards continual improvement projects / kaizen / 5S / Lean / Kanban / Process &amp; Motion Mapping / Reducing 7 wastes / Turtle Chart etc.15 Ensure Shop floor Safety Practices S.N.
