Job Description &ndash; Nursing SupervisorDepartment: Nursing Location: Shree Medishine Hospital, Raipur Designation: Nursing SupervisorRole Overview:The Nursing Supervisor oversees nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and strict adherence to healthcare regulations. The role involves supervising daily nursing operations, guiding and mentoring staff, addressing patient care issues, and ensuring a safe and professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Staff Supervision &amp; Management</li><li>Supervise and support nursing staff in daily patient care activities.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.</li><li>Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Patient Care &amp; Safety</li><li>Monitor patient care standards to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.</li><li>Address and resolve patient care concerns promptly.</li><li>Enforce infection control protocols and safety regulations across units.</li><li>Training &amp; Development</li><li>Organize orientation and continuous training programs for nursing staff.</li><li>Guide staff in handling clinical procedures and patient interactions.</li><li>Encourage professional growth and ensure compliance with nursing best practices.</li><li>Operational &amp; Administrative Duties</li><li>Maintain accurate records of nursing activities, staff attendance, and patient care logs.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, and hospital management for smooth operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Quality Improvement</li><li>Lead by example, fostering teamwork, discipline, and accountability among staff.</li><li>Monitor patient feedback and initiate quality improvement measures.</li><li>Support hospital initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and service delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid registration.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Knowledge of hospital operations, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.</li><li>Ability to handle emergency situations with confidence and efficiency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
