The role requires good communication skills and a positive attitude.

<b>Front Office Management:</b>
<br>
<ul><li>Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff courteously.
</li><li>Manage incoming calls, maintain records, and provide accurate information.
</li><li>Maintain visitor logs and ensure systematic front desk operations.
</li><li>Handle inquiries and guide parents/students to the concerned departments.
</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and maintaining records.
</li></ul><br>
<b> Marketing &amp; Admission Support:
</b><br>
<ul><li>Assist parents in admission and enrollment queries.
</li><li>Support marketing and promotional activities related to admissions.
</li><li>Coordinate school events, admission campaigns, and outreach activities.
</li><li>Help prepare marketing materials and follow up with admission leads.
</li><li>Provide basic counseling to prospective parents regarding school facilities and admission procedures.
</li></ul><br>
<b>Skills Required:
</b><br>
<ul><li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills
</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
</li><li>Pleasant and professional personality
</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a school environment
