Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage and oversee the daily dispatch operations of finished goods in our printing and packaging unit. The ideal candidate will ensure that products are delivered on time, in full, and in excellent condition, while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Dispatch Operations:<ul><li>Coordinate the scheduling and execution of daily dispatches of printed and packaged materials.</li><li>Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.</li><li>Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.</li><li>Liaise with transport vendors, courier services, and third-party logistics partners.</li><li>Plan dispatches in alignment with customer priorities and production schedules.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Prepare all dispatch-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and gate passes.</li><li>Maintain and update dispatch logs and tracking systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific documentation requirements.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on dispatch performance, transportation costs, and delivery lead times.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication:</li><li>Work closely with production, quality, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth dispatch flow.</li><li>Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules and status.</li><li>Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Inventory Management:</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to manage stock movement for dispatch.</li><li>Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize obsolescence and stock loss.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety:</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards during loading and transportation.</li><li>Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to logistics and transport.</li></ul>Key Requirements: Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Vasai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
