The ideal candidate will be deeply skilled in state management (Redux, RTK Query, TanStack Query), caching mechanisms, and frontend-backend performance optimization &mdash; with a strong sense of clean architecture and user-centric design.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, and Next.js.</li><li>Implement Redux, TanStack Query, and RTK Query for optimized state management and data fetching.</li><li>Optimize applications for SEO, speed, and web vitals performance (LCP, CLS, FID).</li><li>Set up and manage server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js for maximum search visibility.</li><li>Build efficient RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.</li><li>Implement and fine-tune caching strategies (Redis, CDN, browser caching) for faster data delivery.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, scalable deployments.</li><li>Maintain code quality through version control (Git), peer reviews, and unit testing.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>7&ndash;10 years of experience in full-stack web development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in React.js, and Next.js.</li><li>Solid understanding of Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and TanStack Query for API state management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools and optimization techniques (schema, meta handling, SSR/SSG).</li><li>Knowledge of frontend caching, prefetching, and query invalidation for performance enhancement.</li><li>Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API design principles.</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD, code optimization, and deployment best practices.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience in web analytics, Lighthouse audits, and SEO monitoring tools.</li><li>Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or microfrontend architectures.</li><li>Understanding of AI-driven content optimization or automated SEO pipelines.</li><li>Contributions to open-source projects or modern web frameworks.</li></ul>Why Join UsWork with a forward-thinking team building high-performance, SEO-optimized, and AI-integrated web platforms.
