The doctor will be responsible for managing patients, maintaining medical records, and ensuring high-quality, ethical healthcare delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of medical conditions.</li><li>Prescribe medications, therapy, or other treatments as appropriate.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient histories.</li><li>Refer patients to specialists when necessary for further diagnosis or treatment.</li><li>Provide emergency care as needed.</li><li>Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Comply with all medical laws, ethics, and guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.</li><li>Valid medical license/registration with [MCI/NMC or respective State Medical Council].</li><li>Clinical experience (0&ndash;3+ years, depending on level).</li><li>Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in a team.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>May involve shift duties, including nights and weekends.</li><li>Exposure to infectious diseases and medical emergencies.</li><li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Willingness to serve in rural or underserved areas (if applicable).</li><li>Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care.</li><li>Basic knowledge of hospital software systems and EMR (Electronic Medical Records).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
