Position: Duty Doctor, GM, OG, MS (GS) Vacancy: 6 Salary : As per Norms Department: Clinical Services Reports to: Medical Superintendent / Senior Consultant Location: JSA Multi Speciality Hospitals - Ulundurpet / Emergency / ICU / OPD / IPDDuty Doctor &ndash; Required Qualifications Educational Qualification<ul><li>MBBS from a recognized university (mandatory).</li><li>Completion of rotatory internship.</li><li>Must be registered with Tamilnadu State Medical Council / MCI (NMC).</li><li>Additional certifications (preferred but not mandatory):</li><li>BLS (Basic Life Support)</li><li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)</li><li>PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) &ndash; optional based on hospital</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in a hospital setting (freshers with internship experience can also apply).</li><li>Experience in ICU, emergency, or general medicine is an added advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to handle emergencies confidently.</li><li>Good communication and patient-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts (day/night/rotational).</li><li>Teamwork and coordination with medical and nursing staff.</li><li>Strong documentation and observation skills.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care<ul><li>Conduct initial assessment and examination of patients.</li><li>Take detailed medical history and record vital signs.</li><li>Provide routine and emergency medical care.</li><li>Monitor inpatient conditions, progress, and treatment response.</li><li>Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.</li><li>Assist in emergency procedures (CPR, intubation, stabilization, etc.).</li></ul>2. Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.</li><li>Ensure timely communication of patient condition to senior doctors.</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated medical records, progress notes, and treatment charts.</li><li>Report critical cases to concerned consultants immediately.</li></ul>3. Emergency Handling<ul><li>Attend to emergency calls from wards, ICU, casualty, and OPD.</li><li>Provide first-line management of trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other acute conditions.</li><li>Support stabilization of critically ill patients.</li></ul>4. Clinical Support<ul><li>Assist consultants during rounds and clinical procedures.</li><li>Ensure implementation of treatment plans.</li><li>Support diagnostic processes, ordering tests, and reviewing reports.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and infection-control standards.</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice.</li><li>Participate in training, CME programs, and audits.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 8 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
