Job Description: HR ExecutiveLocation: BHEL C&amp;I, Patratu, Jharkhand Position Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers Eligible Gender: Male &amp; Female Salary Range: &#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;20,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Executive to join our team at BHEL C&amp;I, Patratu. The ideal candidate will assist in managing HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases</li><li>Support in onboarding and induction processes</li><li>Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll support</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events</li><li>Support compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Coordinate with various departments for HR-related tasks</li><li>Address basic employee queries and provide HR support</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in any stream (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)</li><li>Freshers can apply</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Male and Female candidates both can apply</li><li>Candidates must be residents of Patratu, Jharkhand</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
