Vendor Sourcing and Negotiation<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors for various product categories.</li><li>Conduct market research to compare prices, quality, and delivery capabilities of potential vendors.</li><li>Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and maximize value for the company.</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent supply and service quality.</li></ul>2. Procurement Operations<ul><li>Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisition review, purchase order (PO) creation, approval, and follow-up.</li><li>Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and ethical standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and vendor documents.</li></ul>3. Inventory and Stock Management<ul><li>Plan inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse and operations teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.</li><li>Analyze consumption patterns and forecast future requirements for fast-moving items.</li><li>Implement efficient replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.</li><li>Work with finance and logistics teams to streamline ordering, storage, and distribution processes.</li></ul>4. Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with the Sales, Production, and Operations departments to align procurement plans with business needs.</li><li>Support new product launches by ensuring the timely sourcing of required raw materials or packaging.</li><li>Communicate effectively across departments to address supply-related challenges and ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>5. Cost and Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure all purchased goods and services meet quality specifications and organizational standards.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluation of price, delivery, and quality metrics.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in the procurement cycle.</li><li>Assist management in budgeting, cost forecasting, and supplier performance reviews.</li></ul>6. Reporting and Compliance<ul><li>Prepare regular procurement reports on cost analysis, vendor performance, and purchase trends.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and transparency in all procurement transactions.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>MBA or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
