<ul><li>Develop and oversee global corporate security strategy aligned with company operations in India, UAE, Europe, and other international locations.</li><li>Protect all physical assets, warehouses, bonded facilities, ports, and logistics operations under Shya Exports&rsquo; control.</li><li>Design and implement risk management frameworks, crisis response, and business continuity plans.</li><li>Ensure 24/7 security monitoring of all company facilities, shipments, and digital systems.</li><li>Manage relationships with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies.</li><li>Lead and train a global security team, including onsite guards, intelligence officers, and cybersecurity specialists.</li><li>Conduct threat assessments, investigations, and internal audits related to security breaches or compliance violations.</li><li>Oversee VIP and executive protection protocols for the company&rsquo;s Chairman and senior executives during global travel.</li><li>Develop and enforce security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance with international trade security standards.</li><li>Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric access control, GPS fleet tracking, and surveillance technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to manage cybersecurity, data privacy, and fraud prevention systems.</li><li>Evaluate and mitigate risks related to supply chain security, export documentation, and customs compliance.</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly security performance reports for the CEO and Board of Directors.</li><li>Maintain close coordination with facility managers, HR, and legal departments for internal security alignment.</li><li>Stay updated on global security trends, geopolitical risks, and emerging threats to export industries.</li><li>Possession of a valid Indian Arms Licence is mandatory.
