About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Civil Engineer to join our team in Hisar. The candidate will assist in site supervision, quality checks, planning, and day-to-day project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction and site management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in site supervision and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.</li><li>Monitor daily site activities and update project progress reports.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.</li><li>Perform quality checks for materials and construction work.</li><li>Support in preparing estimates, measurements, and basic documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards at the site.</li><li>Assist senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and project execution.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, materials, and construction processes.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and site plans.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (preferred).</li></ul>Who Can Apply<ul><li>Fresh B.Tech or Diploma Civil Engineering graduates.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
