About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Professional with strong exposure to vendor management, stakeholder management, and client coordination within a technical or IT environment. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor and Stakeholder Management:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for HR deliverables.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.</li><li>Address escalations and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).</li></ul>Client Coordination:<ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for client interactions related to onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation.</li><li>Support technical and delivery teams with HR-related coordination and reporting.</li></ul>HR Operations:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities, including background verification (BGV).</li><li>Handle SOW, PO, invoice preparation, and documentation processes.</li><li>Maintain HR data through ATS, HRMS, and Zoho tools.</li><li>Support payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance management.</li></ul>Reporting and Process Management:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.</li><li>Ensure process adherence and compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in HR operations, vendor management, or client-facing HR roles.</li><li>Prior experience in a technical or IT services background preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Zoho, ATS, HRMS, and Excel-based reporting.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
