Research, design, and develop innovative generative AI models and applications.</li><li>

Basic Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent.</li><li>
5+ years minimum professional experience.</li><li>
Distinctive problem-solving skills, good at articulating product questions, pulling data from large datasets, and using statistics to arrive at a recommendation.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present</li><li>
information and analysis results effectively.</li><li>
Ability to build positive relationships within ShyftLabs and with our stakeholders, and work effectively with cross-functional partners in a global company.</li><li>
Must have a deep understanding of ML algorithms, ranging from classical methods (e.g., regression, random forests, k-means clustering) to advanced techniques such as gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost), neural networks, and transformer-based architectures (e.g., sentence transformers, BERT variants).</li><li>
End-to-End Deployment: Proven experience building, training, and deploying ML models from scratch into production environments, including model lifecycle management (versioning, monitoring, and retraining).</li><li>
Scalability &amp; Performance: Hands-on experience operationalizing models at scale, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in real-world production systems.</li><li>
Programming: experience with Python or other scripting languages and database language (e.g., SQL) or data manipulation (e.g., Pandas).</li></ul><div>

 Position Overview:
 
 
 We are hiring an Employee Experience Coordinator who can serve as the go-to point of contact for all employees under our Global Capability Center (GCC). This person must be proactive, well-organized, and a very strong communicator in order to build strong relationships with employees and handle all day-to-day inquiries across the team. This role will work closely with ShyftLabs HR &amp; Operations leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Employee Communication &amp; Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary HR contact for all Global Capability Center (GCC) employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to day-to-day questions about leave, attendance, payroll, policies, benefits, remote work, and HR processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide quick, reliable, and empathetic support to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Regular Check-Ins &amp; Engagement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct consistent check-ins to understand employee well-being, workload, and challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Document conversations, track trends, and escalate issues when needed
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 HR Request &amp; Case Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and track employee requests (pay raises, promotion discussions, policy clarifications, time-off approvals, role changes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all issues are triaged through ShyftLabs; not directly through client managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with HR &amp; Operations leadership for escalations
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Onboarding &amp; Offboarding
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with day-to-day onboarding touchpoints, documentation collection, welcome communication, and orientation scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Support smooth offboarding including notices, IT access removal, documentation, and exit feedback
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Policy Communication &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Clearly communicate policy updates to GCC employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to attendance, leave, hybrid work, and performance expectations
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Engagement Activities &amp; Pulse Surveys
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Run periodic pulse surveys to monitor engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Support small-scale cultural or recognition initiatives to increase connection and retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead annual performance reviews for GCC employees, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is continual.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 HR Operations &amp; Record-Keeping
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date employee records and lifecycle status (probation, promotions, renewals)
 </li>
 <li>
 Log employee conversations and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills: clear, professional, empathetic, and responsive
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and able to manage communication with 200+ employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort handling sensitive information
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of HR processes within an Indian employment context is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working with a Global Capability Center (GCC) or consulting firm is highly preferred
