 We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with around 5 years of proven expertise in independently writing and defining product specifications without relying on a dedicated product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of user-centric solutions that align with business goals.

 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Independently gather requirements, analyze customer needs, and translate them into clear and actionable product specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning with organizational priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, planning, execution, to release and iteration
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria without direct assistance from a product team
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, iterating based on data-driven insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development cycle
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in independently writing and defining product specifications and requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

This role will contribute to improving the online booking experience, optimizing performance across digital channels, and helping define the metrics that guide growth. You will collaborate with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to build scalable data solutions and deliver actionable insights.

 Assist in building reporting tools and dashboards to track performance of the online booking funnel and enhance client experience.

 Test, track, and improve search, social, and content performance to increase customer engagement and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and operationalize key business metrics, including bookings, conversion rates, and no-show rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract, clean, and prepare data from platforms like Snowflake to support ad-hoc and recurring analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI for internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor trends and surface data-backed recommendations that support marketing, digital, and business growth strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with data teams to set KPIs, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights from all data types.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, digital or marketing analytics, or related roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in building dashboards and reports using BI tools, especially Power BI
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a compelling and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Experience working in multi-location retail, healthcare, or veterinary services
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to marketing attribution, web funnel analysis, or client journey optimization
