Position Overview:</b></p><p>
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SAP PP Consultant to join our team as a permanent employee, deployed onsite at our client&rsquo;s Vadodara facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of SAP Production Planning processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with business and technical teams.</p><p></p><p><b>
Must have Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, implementation, and support.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.</li><li>
Exposure to integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.</li><li>
Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Good to have Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with S/4HANA environment.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional analysis.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Configure, implement, and support SAP PP module functionalities including Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, and Production Orders.</li><li>
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.</li><li>
Handle end-to-end production planning and execution processes, including Master Data Management (Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers).</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, and PM) to ensure seamless business integration.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP-related incidents and provide production support.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides, test cases, and training materials.</li><li>
Conduct user training and workshops to enhance system adoption.</li><li>
Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and performance within the PP module.</li><li>
Willing to work full-time onsite at Vadodara (client premises).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Certification:</b></p><ul><li>
