Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and system migrations. The selected candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions.
This role requires deep functional knowledge in SAP Modules &ndash; e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex business processes and stakeholder expectations. The consultant will play a critical role in transitioning legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA environment.
Must Have Skills:<ul><li>
End-to-End SAP Implementation<ul><li>
Lead all phases of SAP project delivery using SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies, including Business Blueprinting, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go-Live support.</li><li>
Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions aligned with industry&rsquo;s best practices.</li></ul></li><li>
Data Migration &amp; S/4HANA Transition<ul><li>
Plan and execute complex legacy-to-SAP S/4HANA data migrations.</li><li>
Utilize migration tools such as SAP LTMC (Migration Cockpit), EMBT, LSMW, and SAP BODS.</li><li>
Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.</li></ul></li><li>
Business Process Engineering<ul><li>
Conduct As-Is and To-Be workshops with business users.</li><li>
Analyze existing processes and design optimized SAP-based solutions.</li></ul></li><li>
Configuration &amp; Custom Development Support<ul><li>
Perform hands-on functional configuration in the relevant SAP module.</li><li>
Collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).</li><li>
Review and validate functional specifications and solution designs.</li></ul></li><li>
Testing &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>
Lead and support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>
Track defects, coordinate fixes, and ensure solution stability and quality.</li></ul></li><li>
Change Management &amp; Training<ul><li>
Prepare detailed documentation including Functional Specifications and User Manuals.</li><li>
Conduct training sessions for end-users and power users.</li><li>
Support change management and post-go-live stabilization activities.</li></ul></li><li>
Pre-Sales Support<ul><li>
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal support.</li></ul></li></ul>
Good To Have Skills:<ul><li>
Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and data cleansing methodologies.</li><li>
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
10+ years of SAP Migration Consulting experience.</li><li>
Minimum two full-cycle SAP implementations.</li><li>
Experience with Greenfield and/or Brownfield S/4HANA migrations.</li><li>
Preferred experience in the Manufacturing domain.</li></ul>
Technical Expertise:<ul><li>
Strong functional expertise in SAP Module &ndash; e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP.</li><li>
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data structures, and Fiori applications.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.</li></ul>
Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory):<ul><li>
SAP S/4HANA Certification in the primary functional module.</li><li>
Experience with SAP Central Finance and/or Group Reporting.</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks.</li><li>
Prior experience in Manufacturing or Pharma industries.</li></ul></div><div><div><div><div>
