Job Summary : Senior Account Manager - AI Infrastructure &amp; High-Performance Computing
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth within a critical portfolio of strategic accounts in the AI infrastructure and high-performance computing (HPC) markets. This role is a specialty occupation requiring a deep understanding of complex semiconductor architectures and their application in advanced data center and networking environments. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Strategic Account Management: Take full ownership of SiTime's execution and business development within a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts for both business and technical success.. This includes AI infrastructure companies, hyperscalers, optical module providers, and networking original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like Arista and Supermicro.</li><li>
Technical Sales &amp; Consultation: Leverage a specialized background in engineering (degree or Sales experience) to build and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with customer engineering teams and senior technical leadership. This requires the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge in semiconductor design, timing technology, and their critical role in ensuring system integrity and performance in AI and HPC systems.</li><li>
Advanced Solution Development: Collaborate with customer engineering teams to integrate SiTime's timing solutions into next-generation AI accelerators, GPUs, networking switches, and high-speed optical transceivers. This involves complex problem-solving and a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles.</li><li>
Industry Expertise &amp; Network Development: Leverage a pre-existing, critical network of high-level contacts and key decision-makers at target accounts to accelerate design-in wins and new business opportunities.</li><li>
Business Planning: Lead comprehensive business forecasting, demand-supply management, and strategic demand creation for SiTime's product portfolio within the assigned territory.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or higher. This degree is a minimum requirement for entry into this occupation and is necessary to successfully perform the complex, technical duties of the role.</li><li>
A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible field customer experience, with a proven track record of selling highly technical semiconductor components to AI infrastructure, data center, and networking companies.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and developing strategic relationships with senior-level engineers and business leaders at target accounts.</li><li>
Possession of a significant and established network of contacts within the AI and HPC ecosystem, including companies such as Arista, Supermicro, hyperscalers, and optical module manufacturers.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate highly technical concepts to both engineering and business audiences.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
Data Architecture &amp; Strategy:<ul><li>
Design and architect scalable data flows between multiple business systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance</li><li>
Define data architecture standards and best practices across the organization</li><li>
Lead technical decision-making for data infrastructure investments and technology stack evolution</li></ul>
Infrastructure &amp; Pipeline Management:<ul><li>
Build, maintain, and optimize data infrastructure including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes with focus on scalability and reliability</li><li>
Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines from various sources into analytics-ready formats</li><li>
Engineer solutions that support both operational reporting and advanced analytics use cases</li></ul>
Data Quality &amp; Governance:<ul><li>
Establish comprehensive data quality frameworks including validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes</li><li>
Implement data security controls, access policies, and compliance measures for sensitive information</li><li>
Drive data governance initiatives and documentation standards</li><li>
Monitor data systems and pipelines for performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.</li><li>
Understanding of data governance principles and the ability to implement relevant policies.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Leadership:<ul><li>
Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</li><li>
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across data initiatives</li><li>
Serve as the primary technical liaison for data-related projects and decisions</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements (Education must be included):
Technical Expertise:<ul><li>
10-15 years of experience in data engineering/architecture roles</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack technologies</li><li>
Deep expertise with Snowflake, AWS cloud services, and big data architectures</li><li>
Experience integrating Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM systems</li></ul>
Leadership &amp; Communication:<ul><li>
Proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions for growing organizations</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and design effective solutions.</li><li>
Experience working in fast-paced, resource-conscious environments where wearing multiple hats is essential</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience with AI/ML data pipeline requirements and model deployment workflows</li><li>
Background in semiconductor, HiTech or similar regulatory/compliance environments</li><li>
Experience with data visualization tools and self-service analytics platforms</li></ul>
