<div>As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated production test solutions for complex products that integrate mechanical, optical, and electrical components. In collaboration with cross-functional development teams, you will take ownership of creating both hardware and software testing systems to meet product testing requirements. You will work closely with global contract manufacturers to deploy, train, and support these testing solutions at their facilities. Additionally, you will monitor product performance and yield, ensuring consistent quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>
Collaborate with product development teams early in the design phase to ensure proper Design for Test (DFT) infrastructure is implemented.</li><li>
Define the product test flow, including test points, specifications, and measurement conditions, in coordination with the development team to validate devices under test while meeting target yield and throughput.</li><li>
Develop, source, and integrate the required hardware and software to build automated test systems for both development and production environments.</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including test designs, procedures, specifications, drawings, verification reports, and test data analysis.</li><li>
Deploy and maintain production test solutions at contract manufacturer sites, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with requirements.</li><li>
Analyze production data, identify trends, and communicate findings and improvement recommendations to relevant teams.</li><li>
Investigate and debug failures at contract manufacturers, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Technical Qualifications</h4><ul><li>
BSc. degree in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.</li><li>
Experience: 0-3 Years.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in developing production-grade applications, automation scripts, hardware-interface modules.</li><li>
Practical experience in microcontroller programming, sensor integration, and communication protocols.</li><li>
Solid experience in C / C++ system-level programming, low-level hardware interfacing, memory management, OOP, multithreading, sockets, REST APIs.</li><li>
Strong background in electrical testing and interfacing with test equipment.</li><li>
Skilled in developing automation scripts, algorithms, and data-processing workflows.</li><li>
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated test systems.</li><li>
Experience in failure analysis, root cause identification, and system debugging.</li><li>
Familiarity with LabVIEW for test automation (considered a plus).</li><li>
Skilled in Linux command-line operations, Bash scripting, cross-compilation, Makefiles/CMake, and embedded Linux development (considered a plus).</li><li>
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (considered a plus).</li><li>

Product Engineer

<div>We are seeking a skilled Growth Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and performance optimization across both paid and organic growth channels.
You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive measurable business growth. This position is ideal for a growth-driven professional with strong experience in B2B marketing who can independently manage performance, tracking, and reporting.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>
Campaign Setup &amp; Management: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.</li><li>
Tracking &amp; Analytics Setup: Implement and manage tracking systems (HubSpot , Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.) to ensure accurate measurement of conversions and performance across platforms. Build and maintain Looker Studio , HubSpot dashboards and KPI reports to visualize performance and guide data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, bidding, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI.</li><li>
SEO &amp; GEO: Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s SEO and GEO (Generative AI Optimization) strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance website visibility through SEO and GEO improvements, AI-driven content optimization, and keyword performance tracking that complement paid campaigns.</li><li>
Analytics &amp; Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare actionable insights to guide campaign and budget decisions.</li><li>
Testing &amp; Experimentation: Run A/B tests and try new strategies to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to lead generation, campaign alignment, and conversion tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proven experience (minimum five years) managing media buying campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) .</li><li>
Strong understanding of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, HubSpot dashboards etc.).</li><li>
Expertise (minimum five years) in SEO activities and keyword optimization.</li><li>
Solid background (minimum five years ) in B2B marketing (tech or SaaS experience preferred).</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for performance improvement.</li><li>
Experience with HubSpot and integrating it into campaign workflows is a strong plus</li><li>

Electronic system design for Sensor interfacing, Power management, Battery management and Digital signal processing as part of new product development process.</li><li>
Realizing electronic systems that achieves target performance/reliability based on provided specifications from other product components.</li><li>
Translating electronic system designs into physical, manufacturable board layouts.</li><li>
Coming up with set of experiments and performing them to tackle unclear system issues.</li><li>
Functional and reliability simulations and verification of electronic systems.</li><li>
Verification of PCB designs and layout to release them for fabrication and assembly.</li><li>
Support PCB testing and characterization activities and contribute with hands-on troubleshooting and debugging of the designed PCBs.</li><li>
Interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams, PCB board manufacturers and suppliers to deliver the designed solutions from prototypes to volume production.</li><li>
Communicate with system component suppliers and customers if needed.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor or hardware development and design industry preferably in a similar position</li><li>
Excellent electrical evaluation, testing and PCB troubleshooting skills.</li><li>
Familiarity with MATLAB coding and Simulink is preferable.</li><li>
Experience with integrated circuits design and layout flows is a plus.</li><li>
