Role Overview</b></h3><p>
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution, optimization, and scaling of Si-Ware&rsquo;s marketing initiatives across multiple audiences, geographies, and product lines. You will oversee campaign performance, manage internal and external resources, and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.</p><p>
You will play a central role in strengthening brand positioning, increasing market visibility, improving lead quality, and building a scalable marketing function to support a growing portfolio. You will also drive AI-driven marketing practices, using data, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance targeting and performance. Monitor and lead the optimization of key performance metrics including CPL and CAC.</li><li>

Experience &amp; Background</b></h4><ul><li>
13+ years of experience in B2B marketing.</li><li>
Experience with B2B marketing on a global scale (North America, Europe, Asia).</li><li>
Strong track record in multi-channel demand generation and campaign management.</li><li>
Proven success in managing marketing teams and external agencies.</li><li>
Strong preference for experience in high-tech, hardware, SaaS, industrial, embedded systems, or deep-tech environments.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Senior Marketing Manager - B2B, Tech

<div><p>We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Si-Ware Systems. In this role, you will design and build robust web application backends in Go and develop cross-platform desktop applications in Python. Front-end experience with React and TypeScript is a plus, but the core of this role is backend and application engineering.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain backend web services and APIs in Go, including REST APIs and microservices.</li><li>
Build and maintain desktop applications in Python, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.</li><li>
Collaborate with front-end engineers to define clean API contracts and integrations.</li><li>
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.</li><li>
