 The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should Acting as a liaison between hotel departments and the broader HR function, the HRBP ensures effective delivery of core HR services, including talent development, payroll, performance management, HRIS administration, and government relations. Fostering a service-driven, compliant, and people-first culture that enhances both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hotel management to align HR strategies with guest service objectives and operational needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve staff grievances in a timely, fair, and confidential manner, aligned with Saudi Labor Law and hotel policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
 </li>
 <li>
 Support SIAD HR in the creation and implementation of the annual training calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure payroll processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (GOSI, WPS, tax, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with finance to resolve payroll discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate reports and dashboards from HRIS to support business analysis, audits, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, communication, and well-being programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: Familiarity with working on Mena itch (HR &amp; Payroll system)
 </li>
