Executive - Products & Inventory

QA - Deputy Manager

Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage local and international order dispatches, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.</li><li>Operate and manage courier service portals including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet, M&amp;P, PostEx, Fly Courier, and others for shipment booking and tracking.</li><li>Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and required documentation for both local and international shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with courier services for pickups, escalations, and issue resolution.</li><li>Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records in Excel and generate regular reports.</li><li>Support inventory management processes including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) updates and stock adjustments in relevant software.</li><li>Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to streamline order processing and workload distribution.</li><li>Monitor shipment performance and highlight discrepancies or delays for corrective action.</li><li>Ensure excellent communication with internal teams and courier partners to avoid operational gaps.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).</li><li>Hands-on experience with courier portals (local &amp; international).</li><li>Solid understanding of dispatch and fulfillment processes.</li><li>Experience in inventory management systems and GRN handling.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for coordination with courier partners and internal teams.</li><li>Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics will be a strong advantage.</li></ul>Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
