Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled up work Bidder with proven experience acquiring SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Ads, and Website projects from USA-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for writing proposals, winning projects, coordinating with internal teams, and helping grow our agency&rsquo;s portfolio.Key Responsibilities1. Upwork Bidding &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Identify SEO, PPC, Google Ads, &amp; Social Ads projects on Upwork daily.</li><li>Draft personalized, high-conversion proposals tailored to client needs.</li><li>Maintain high response rates and job application volumes.</li><li>Track proposals, follow-ups, client responses, and closure status.</li></ul>2. Client Communication<ul><li>Engage with USA clients via Upwork messages &amp; occasional Zoom calls.</li><li>Understand client requirements clearly and suggest the right solutions.</li><li>Coordinate internally to create estimates, strategies, and work plans.</li></ul>3. Sales &amp; Account Conversion<ul><li>Convert warm leads into paying clients.</li><li>Negotiate pricing within approved ranges.</li><li>Ensure smooth handover to SEO/PPC teams after project closure.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; CRM<ul><li>Maintain daily/weekly bidding reports.</li><li>Update trackers for proposals, responses, lead status, pipeline, and closures.</li></ul>5. Market Understanding<ul><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads, analytics, and keywords.</li><li>Ability to frame strategy-oriented responses for USA clients.</li><li>Staying updated with digital marketing trends in US market.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Must have Upwork experience (at least 1&ndash;2 years acquiring SEO/PPC projects).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO (on-page/off-page/local SEO) &amp; PPC (Google Ads/Facebook Ads).</li><li>Excellent English writing&mdash;clarity, personalization, proposal storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work USA shifts when needed or partially overlap.</li><li>Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.</li><li>High ownership mindset and target-driven.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Understanding of white-label digital marketing operations.</li><li>Ability to communicate strategy at a high level (AEO, GEO, SEO 2025 trends, PPC automation, etc.)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
