Moreover, we're seeking a candidate with a demonstrated history of producing engaging social media posts, reels and motion graphics.Roles And Responsibilities-Strategic Design Leadership<ul><li>Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design strategies that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.</li><li>Provide thought leadership in design, staying ahead of trends and industry developments to ensure designs are cutting-edge and impactful.</li></ul>Creative Direction<ul><li>Lead the creative direction for projects, guiding the design team in translating client briefs into visually compelling solutions.</li><li>Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new design concepts.</li></ul>Brand Stewardship<ul><li>Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets, maintaining a deep understanding of clients' brand guidelines and values.</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for design choices that uphold and enhance the client's brand identity.</li></ul>Collaborative Engagement<ul><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to integrate design seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns.</li><li>Facilitate productive brainstorming sessions and design reviews, fostering an environment of collaboration and idea-sharing.</li></ul>Mentorship and Development<ul><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, nurturing their growth and development through constructive feedback and support.</li><li>Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement within the design team, organizing workshops and training sessions to expand knowledge and expertise.</li></ul>Quality Assurance<ul><li>Uphold high standards of design excellence and quality assurance, conducting thorough reviews to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of design assets to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for design-related matters.</li><li>Actively seek feedback from clients, incorporating their input into design revisions and iterations to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.</li></ul>Innovation and Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Champion innovation within the design team, exploring new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional results.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Any Graduate degree/diploma or any relevant certification.</li><li>3-4 years of experience in the digital marketing landscape and Graphic Design.</li><li>Proven experience in social media reels &amp; social media graphics.</li><li>Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, remaining adaptable, organized, and focused under pressure.</li><li>Passion for design and creativity, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new ideas to elevate our brand and design standards.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, remaining adaptable, organized, and focused under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Video editing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
