This pivotal role requires a professional who can masterfully blend creative design and hands-on photography to produce a wide range of marketing and brand assets. You'll be responsible for crafting stunning visual content for our websites and social media channels, while also specializing in creating high-performing Amazon product listings, including compelling A+ Content and optimized product descriptions.Responsibilities:This role will focus on the daily management and optimization of our Amazon marketplace presence, specifically through the creation and optimization of Product Detail Pages (PDPs).<ul><li>Work with the related team to implement PDP content assets, such as: A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), product images, and other visual assets.</li><li>Create and maintain high-quality content, including product titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, and keywords that align with Amazon SEO best practices.</li><li>Conduct in-house product photoshoots to capture a full suite of listing images for new and existing products, including main hero images, lifestyle shots, infographics, and detail images that highlight key features and benefits.</li><li>Create custom A+ Content to tell a compelling brand story and showcase product features using a combination of images and text modules.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to understand product features, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure all design work aligns with our overall marketing strategy.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with Amazon's image requirements, best practices, and trends to ensure all listings are compliant and competitive.</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Proven experience creating and optimizing Amazon product listings and A+ Content. An available online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and photography projects is required.</li><li>Professional experience working with different Amazon markets (e.g.,Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk).</li><li>3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, specifically within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with product photography, including proficiency with studio lighting, camera equipment, and post-production editing.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Experience with copywriting or editing for e-commerce, specifically for Amazon, with a solid understanding of keyword integration and SEO.</li><li>A strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling on-page content.</li><li>Exceptional communication and project management skills with a strong eye for detail.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Korean</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Extensive experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care markets is a significant plus.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, start-up, or high-growth environment.</li><li>Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling visual narratives.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to create short product videos for listings.</li><li>Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.</li><li>Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li></ul>*You must add your portfolio for review.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Fullerton, CA 92831: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
