Job Role: International Sales CoordinatorThe Sales Coordinator will assist the sales and export team in client communication, preparing quotations, handling documentation, and ensuring timely order execution. The role requires strong coordination and attention to detail, with an opportunity to grow into the International Sales Executive position based on performance and experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist sales executives in handling client inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.</li><li>Prepare and design quotations as per client and sales team requirements.</li><li>Collect, compare, and update market rates from clients and vendors to support pricing decisions.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics team in regards to export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, test certificates, and shipping documents.</li><li>Maintain communication with freight forwarders and logistics partners for shipment tracking and documentation flow.</li><li>Support in preparing purchase orders, client order confirmations, and internal sales records.</li><li>Follow up with clients for order status, payments, and post-shipment documentation (B/L, COC, BRC, etc.).</li><li>Ensure timely coordination with accounts, production, and dispatch teams to meet client delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain updated client databases and assist in lead follow-ups for new and existing clients.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Good communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients and vendors.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with commercial documents like invoices, packing lists, and shipping papers.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.</li><li>Understanding of export procedures, incoterms, and logistics coordination is an add on.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with using Excel and if you are what would you rate yourself out of 5?</li></ul>Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 8928479226
