Job Description- Team Leader- Sales-HL<ul><li>Position: Team Leader &ndash;Sales-HL</li><li>Work Experience: 10-15 years&rsquo; experience in the relevant field</li><li>Qualification: Graduate /MBA (Sales/ Marketing) / Mechanical or Automobile Graduate (Engineering preferred)</li><li>Location: Pune</li><li>Reporting To: Sales Manager HL</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Proven experience in Construction Equipment or similar industries for a minimum of 8-10 Years</li><li>Understanding of sales performance metrics</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>A team player with high level of dedication</li><li>Ability to work under strict deadlines</li><li>Certification in marketing, sales relevant field is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Excellent analytical/ presentation skills</li><li>Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.</li><li>Fluent in English , Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills</li><li>Able to travel frequently</li><li>Must be aware of the geographical location</li></ul>Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales numbers and meet or exceed corporate-set goals</li><li>Ensuring profitability of his area by gaining market share.</li><li>Forecasting and achieving machine sales target set by organization.</li><li>Target new areas in the market to penetrate and develop as per market.</li><li>Resource planning, training, leading and giving direction to his team</li><li>Implementing and tracking progress as per signed annual objectives</li><li>Maintaining and attain full utilization of the team as per requirement.</li><li>Skill mapping the team for their training needs and ensure same is done.</li><li>Ensure full market and area coverage as per Company&rsquo;s set goals.</li><li>Making techno commercial offer/ presentation</li><li>Attend and conclude sales call with team</li><li>Goodwill visit to existing and competition customers time to time basis.</li><li>Implementation of marketing and sales promotion scheme</li><li>Relation with all the finance companies and banks in his territory</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction post sales of machine.</li><li>Reviewing the prospect visit sheets filled by the Sales Executive and conducting regular weekly review meetings</li><li>Specialize in selling crushing/screening, and other construction heavy equipment</li><li>Responsible for meeting company sales/rental, budget and profit goals</li><li>Maintained and expanded vendor relationships</li><li>Responsible to target customers in heavy construction equipment industries to develop and implement specific marketing strategies</li><li>Work closely with relevant departments throughout the sales process</li><li>Following up with the customers for deal finalizations.</li><li>Getting product feedback from market &amp; assisting in the rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, etc.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Backhoe Loader: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Marathi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
