We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Billing Engineer to join our horticulture division and contribute to the growth and success of our projects.Position Overview: The Junior Billing Engineer will be responsible for assisting with billing and invoicing tasks related to horticultural and landscaping projects. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of project costing, measurement, and billing in the horticulture sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Billing &amp; Invoicing:</li><li>Assist in preparing detailed bills and invoices for horticultural projects, landscaping contracts, and other related services.</li><li>Ensure that all billing information is accurate, complete, and aligned with project specifications, contracts, and client agreements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all invoicing, payments, and billing correspondence.</li><li>Project Costing &amp; Measurement:</li><li>Support the project team in measuring and verifying quantities of materials, labor, and services involved in horticulture and landscaping projects.</li><li>Review project documentation (plans, contracts, etc.) to ensure accurate billing based on completed work.</li><li>Track and reconcile project budgets, ensuring that billed amounts align with the scope and progress of work.</li><li>Coordination with Finance &amp; Accounts Teams:</li><li>Work closely with the finance and accounts departments to ensure timely billing and payment processing.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to project billing, revenue, and expenses.</li><li>Support in resolving billing discrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors.</li><li>Contract Review &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Review contracts and agreements with clients to ensure that all billing terms and conditions are followed.</li><li>Help in preparing documentation for client billing approvals and signatures.</li><li>Client Interaction &amp; Follow-up:</li><li>Communicate with clients to clarify billing concerns or to provide information regarding invoices and payments.</li><li>Follow up with clients for payment collection and resolve any billing-related issues promptly.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis:</li><li>Prepare periodic billing and financial reports for project managers and senior management.</li><li>Assist in analyzing project profitability and identifying cost-saving opportunities based on billing data.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Quality Control:</li><li>Ensure all billing processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.</li><li>Perform quality checks to ensure that all billing records are error-free and well-documented.</li><li>Support in Audits:</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and billing records.</li><li>Ensure that all project billing and invoicing documents are stored and maintained in accordance with company policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related fields.</li><li>knowledge of project billing, invoicing, and costing, preferably in the construction or horticulture sector.</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with billing software or project management tools.</li><li>Good understanding of contracts, project specifications, and billing procedures.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in a billing or costing role in the horticulture, landscaping, or construction industry.</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools or ERP systems.</li><li>Familiarity with the horticulture or landscaping sector is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Gain hands-on experience in billing and project costing within the horticulture industry.</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile landscaping and horticulture projects.</li><li>Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals in the field.</li><li>Learning and growth opportunities in the areas of project management, finance, and horticulture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
