<div>The Business Development Senior Coordinator is a key team member within the Marketing Department. The Senior Coordinator supports assigned practice and/or industry groups with a variety of business development and marketing projects, as described below. They take an active role in learning about the service offering, lawyers, and clients of the assigned groups, and work closely with colleagues across offices and functions to coordinate a range of integrated business development and marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assists in the preparation of new business proposals and capability pitches, as well as formal RFP responses
</li><li>Maintains the groups' business development &quot;infrastructure&quot; (e.g., written collateral, experience database/matter lists, contact lists, opportunity tracking, etc.), exercising an acute level of quality control to ensure that all marketing collateral, communications, matter lists and other materials are consistent, error-free, and up to date
</li><li>Supports the preparation and submission of rankings, awards, surveys, league tables, and other recognitions for assigned groups
</li><li>Updates practice/industry information on the Firm's website and intranet site, and coordinates occasional external republication
</li><li>Helps write and edit practice/industry group descriptions, lawyer biographies, and client presentations to support the Firm's business development pursuits
</li><li>Conducts research on clients/prospective clients, and gathers market and competitive intelligence to develop knowledge about our clients, their industries, and legal needs
</li><li>Collaborates with the Creative team to produce branded collateral for sponsorships, client events, advertisements, presentations, and other activities
</li><li>Works with Regional BD and Marketing team members to plan client programs and Sidley-sponsored events
</li><li>Other tasks and projects as assigned

Education and Experience:
 
Required:
<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
</li><li>A minimum of two (2) years of business development and/or marketing related experience
</li><li>Excellent writing and proofreading skills
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Marketing or business development experience in a law firm or other professional services organization
</li><li>Working knowledge of customer relationship, pipeline, and experience management databases such as InterAction, Salesforce, and/or Foundation

Business Development Senior Coordinator - Enforcement and Regulatory

<div>The Product Analyst serves as a key contributor responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the Firm&rsquo;s financial reporting and analytics platforms and related systems. The incumbent applies analytical skills and independent judgment to evaluate business requirements, provide stakeholders with targeted financial data and reporting solutions, assess data quality, resolve discrepancies, and support process improvements that enhance the Firm&rsquo;s financial reporting capabilities. The Product Analyst is responsible for maintaining and validating financial reporting data to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms, assisting with the mapping and integration of data from multiple source systems, and supporting the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and reporting workflows. The role also contributes to testing system enhancements, documenting reporting requirements, and supporting technology initiatives that improve access to financial information and enable informed decision-making across the Firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Administer and manage the continued operation and maintenance of the experience financial platform and related systems.
</li><li>Evaluate financial reporting and analysis needs; incorporate best practices in developed solutions.
</li><li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, including Web developers, Data and Engineering Analysts, and outside consultants to translate business needs into actionable plans
</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage business intelligence solutions and facilitate effective communication of business requirements for the organization
</li><li>Conduct data integration, import and export projects
</li><li>Provide consultative end-user support on questions and technical issues
</li><li>Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve and/or add to the experience financial platform and related processes and integration sources
</li><li>Create and maintain updates for standard configuration documentation and related end-user materials for the experience financial platform and related systems
</li><li>Cultivate knowledge and develop a strong understanding of the financial management platform, including its content architecture, system configuration, and integrated data sources, to support business operations and team objectives
</li></ul>Education and/or Experience:
Required:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
</li><li>A minimum of two years of relevant experience
</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

Product Analyst

<div>The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator reports to the Marketing Analytics and Operations Senior Manager and works closely with the Marketing Analytics and Operations Senior Director and the Chief Marketing Officers to support the day-to-day management and operation of the marketing department. The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator will support a wide variety of activities, including coordinating marketing team onboarding for new hires, maintenance of marketing intranet materials, coordinating the marketing mentoring program, preparation of reports, and production of presentations required by the marketing management team.
The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator works closely with marketing, learning and development, and finance personnel to foster an environment that drives operational excellence. It is essential that the coordinator is detail oriented, collaborative, and willing to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate with the Marketing Analytics and Operations Senior Manager to maintain the department&rsquo;s onboarding program by coordinating with key resources within Marketing and Learning &amp; Development to ensure marketing staff are trained as they join the team and/or change positions. This includes:</li>
<li>Working proficiently in Sidley&rsquo;s learning management system; adding or editing learning objects, canceling sessions where appropriate, generating reports, registering new hires in live events, and general troubleshooting</li>
<li>Updating resource materials, including process documentation and course materials to ensure content is accurate and up to date</li>
<li>Communicating with new hires and hiring managers the role-based onboarding schedules and transcripts using the pre-defined marketing onboarding curriculums</li>
<li>Coordinate membership and/or participation in professional associations such as the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and related activities.</li>
<li>Support activities related to various department initiatives and protocols, including updates and maintenance to Frequently Asked Questions documents, training programs and projects that ensure effective governance, process improvement, and operational efficiencies.</li>
<li>Draft and input content into the firm&rsquo;s intranet content management system, including routine updates to the department&rsquo;s resource page and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure materials are up to date.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Marketing Analytics and Operations Senior Manager and Procurement in the review of marketing contracts by leveraging past contracts and keeping track of deadlines.</li>
<li>Maintain department staff documentation including the organizational chart and department email distribution lists.</li>
<li>Assist with monthly department video conferences, including coordination with the Chief Marketing Officers and department leaders to manage logistics.</li>
<li>Assist in producing a variety of reports summarizing department activities, including graphs and visual presentations for internal teams.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>Education and/or Experience:
Required:
<ul><li>At least three years of marketing-related experience</li>
<li>A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university</li>
