<div><p><b>JOB SUMMARY
</b></p><p>Physician &ndash; Cardiology, Electrophysiology (EP) in Pediatrics is responsible for the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care; effective and efficient diagnosing, managing, and treating all patients placed under the role holder&rsquo;s care. The Physician makes recommendations, orders appropriate therapeutics and diagnostics as per the patient&rsquo;s diagnosed condition. The incumbent is also responsible for providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. The post holder needs to be competent in all aspects of pediatric cardiology including neonatal and complex cardiac cases. S/he will work with the Division Chief to share the clinical duties, education, research, and some administrative tasks.
</p><p>In addition, this role requires mandatory expertise in Pediatric Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP). The post holder is expected to lead and develop electrophysiology services for pediatric and adolescent patients, including both congenital and non-congenital arrhythmias. This includes advanced arrhythmia management, invasive and non-invasive electrophysiological diagnostics, and catheter-based interventions.
</p><p>The physician will play a key role in running the comprehensive pediatric EP program aligned with Sidra&rsquo;s vision as a tertiary center of excellence.</p></div>

Physician - Pediatric – Cardiology, Electrophysiology

<div><p>TheEngineer - Clinical Systemsis responsible for the full coordination related to the functional testing, repair/ maintenance and programming of all medical equipment integration issues as they relate to the hospitals CIS/EHR systems at Sidra. Functions as the department&rsquo;s IT integration expert for medical equipment into all clinical areas as well as for support of the IEC 80001-1:2010 standard for the application of risk management for IT-networks incorporating medical devices. Manages integration projects involving areas of operating systems, system administration, software development, network security/protocol, provides direct technical support for all medical equipment integration problems and liaises with the IT department for issues determined to be in their scope of responsibility</p></div>

Clinical Nurse (Women's Inpatient Services Div)

</b></p><p>The Clinical Nurse Manager - Homecare and Case Management has 24-hour operational accountability for all clinical, operational and budget responsibility of the Case Management and homecare units incorporating the hospitals vision and strategic plan. The Clinical Nurse Manager - Case Management and Homecare directs and coordinates clinical planning activities for both services and is responsible for the recommendation, development and implementation of case management and homecare procedures, standards and guidelines, and for keeping the Director of Nursing informed of progress and potential problems. As a key member of the hospital&rsquo;s senior nursing management team the incumbent assumes accountability for the overall management and the delivery of quality Nursing Services to achieve optimal patient experience and outcomes for the service delivery area. S/he ensures that standards for case management and homecare are adhered to. The incumbent is fully responsible for the Case Management and Homecare unit budgets, patient experience and outcomes and staff performance and development. S/he works collaboratively to ensure that commissioning, recruitment, onboarding, orientation and service activation responsibilities are carried out in accordance with Sidra&rsquo;s plans and timelines.
