Your Tasks &ndash; What You can expect as Imports Manager?</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee and manage all import activities in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
</li><li>Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
</li><li>Ensure timely clearance of shipments and minimize demurrage/detention costs
</li><li>Monitor import documentation, including L/Cs, invoices, packing lists, and regulatory filings
</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs, taxation, and trade regulations
</li><li>Liaise with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) for smooth operations
</li><li>Develop cost-effective import strategies and negotiate with logistics partners
</li><li>Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as Imports Manager?</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience each in freight forwarding and customs clearance
</li><li>Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation
</li><li>Hands-on experience with shipment handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance
</li><li>Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Your Tasks &ndash; What You can expect as Customer Service Specialist?</b></div><ul><li>
Handle inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handle consignment stock orders and
</li><li>charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.</li><li>
Monitor contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus</li><li>
Handle credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analysis</li><li>
Deal with customers for order processing issues</li><li>
Ensure claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers</li><li>
Ensure continuous customer data management / active participation in maintaining customer contacts</li><li>
Provide support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations</li><li>
Deal with promptly and efficiently customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting</li><li>

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
</li><li>3-5 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
</li><li>Experience in export sales operations</li><li>
Knowledge of sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
</li><li>SAP knowledge is a must</li><li>
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div><div></div>
