Your Tasks &ndash; What You can expect as </b><b>Senior Industrialization Engineer</b><b>?</b></p><ul><li>
Act as the central and accountable contact person for all industrialization and scale‑up activities from laboratory to full‑scale production.
</li><li>Serve as the main technical interface for Supply Chain Management (SCM) regarding non‑conforming or rejected batches, root‑cause investigations, and corrective actions.
</li><li>Lead and support cost‑saving initiatives, process optimization measures, and Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) in collaboration with SCM and Operations.
</li><li>Test, validate, and assess new formulations and process concepts using laboratory‑scale grinding and dispersing equipment.
</li><li>Industrialize and implement new formulations and processes on the shop floor together with SCM Process Engineers.
</li><li>Plan, execute, and closely monitor scale‑up trials and first industrial batches to ensure stable, reproducible, and efficient production.
</li><li>Provide technical support to Technical Development (TD) to ensure smooth transfer of innovations into manufacturing.
</li><li>Support Quality Control (QC) in defining and aligning specifications that meet customer and regulatory requirements while remaining realistic and achievable in production.
</li><li>Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and knowledge transfer across sites where applicable.
</li><li>Actively promote Siegwerk&rsquo;s standards for safety, sustainability, quality, and operational excellence in all activities.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as </b><b>Senior Industrialization Engineer</b><b>?</b></p><ul><li>
University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
</li><li>Professional experience in manufacturing within the coatings, inks, or related process industries (strongly preferred)
</li><li>Solid expertise in grinding and dispersing processes, ideally with hands‑on experience in industrial‑scale production environments
</li><li>Good understanding of plant equipment, production technologies, and manufacturing process flows
</li><li>Proven laboratory experience and confidence in bridging lab‑scale development with industrial reality
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
</li><li>A collaborative, hands‑on, and results‑oriented personality with excellent communication skills
</li><li>High level of flexibility, resilience, and ownership mentality
</li><li>Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

Your Tasks &ndash; What You can expect as Customer Service Specialist?</b></div><ul><li>
Handle inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handle consignment stock orders and
</li><li>charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.</li><li>
Monitor contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus</li><li>
Handle credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analysis</li><li>
Deal with customers for order processing issues</li><li>
Ensure claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers</li><li>
Ensure continuous customer data management / active participation in maintaining customer contacts</li><li>
Provide support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations</li><li>
Deal with promptly and efficiently customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting</li><li>
Ensure sales measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned</li><li>
Provide price calculations / preparations &ndash; coordination of prices within customer group; prepare and send quotations</li><li>
Manage the returnable containers</li><li>

Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as </b><b>Customer Service Specialist</b><b>?</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
</li><li>3-5 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
</li><li>Experience in export sales operations</li><li>
Knowledge of sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
</li><li>SAP knowledge is a must</li><li>

Intercompany Order Management</b> &ndash; Manage and coordinate intercompany orders across global sites to ensure smooth operations.
</li><li><b>After-Sales Operations for Global Sales</b> &ndash; Handle all aspects of after-sales processes for international sales, meeting service level targets.
</li><li><b>Cross-Department Communication and Coordination</b> &ndash; Facilitate effective communication between SW Turkey departments and global business units.
</li><li><b>End-to-End Process Oversight (Order Tracking to Delivery)</b> &ndash; Monitor and manage the entire workflow from order tracking to delivery and invoicing.

</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
</li><li>Knowledge of intercompany sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
</li><li>Experience with SAP
