Your Tasks &ndash; What You can expect as Account Manager Sales?</b></div><ul><li>
Handle inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handle consignment stock orders and
</li><li>charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.</li><li>
Monitor contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus</li><li>
Handle credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analysis</li><li>
Deal with customers for order processing issues</li><li>
Ensure claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers</li><li>
Ensure continuous customer data management / active participation in maintaining customer contacts</li><li>
Provide support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations</li><li>
Deal with promptly and efficiently customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting</li><li>
Ensure sales measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned</li><li>
Provide price calculations / preparations &ndash; coordination of prices within customer group; prepare and send quotations</li><li>
Manage the returnable containers</li><li>
Prepare sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as Account Manager Sales?</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
</li><li>3-5 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
</li><li>Experience in export sales operations</li><li>
Knowledge of sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
</li><li>SAP knowledge is a must</li><li>
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years&rsquo; of experience in flexible packaging, preferably on solvent based printing and/or converting technologies.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience at colorimetric, IFS system.</li><li>
Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking.</li><li>
Creative and innovative; analytical thinking and acting.</li><li>
Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to communicate and work with cross functional teams and all levels in the organization.</li><li>
SAP knowledge is preferred.</li><li>
Very good level in both written and verbal English.</li><li>
Driving license and no obstacle for travel domestic and abroad.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as Account Manager Technology?</b></p><ul><li>
Reports to Team Manager Technology.</li><li>
Conducting tests and analysis of physical / chemical properties of the inks and coatings using various instrumentation and methods at lab.</li><li>
Working on recipe modifications according to customers&rsquo; needs, define production data and QC specifications as well as creating SAP data.</li><li>
Visiting customers regularly, participating in print trials and reporting.</li><li>
Working on customer complaints and root cause analysis in a structured way.</li><li>
Assisting customers with documentation and information requests on time.</li><li>
Participating in R&amp;D projects, including the preparation and presentation of related materials.</li><li>
Maintaining direct communication with customers on technical topics and ensuring proper internal reporting.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
