Help identify and reduce slow-moving or obsolete inventory items</li><li>

</li><li>Knowledge of intercompany sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.</li><li>
Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations.</li><li>

Accounting Manager

<div><p><b>Context &amp; Core Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relevant tools/procedures between COE, industrialization, QC, procurement while ensuring that necessary knowledge is transmitted/acquired by the respective team</li><li>
Monitor the progress of technology transfer for each item; validate industrial batches, monitor customer validation when relevant (specific product or specific customers); address issues to technology and provide recommendations to local teams</li><li>
Assist production in QC, industrialization, product validation &amp; process optimization; conduct investigations or tests to solve production and quality issues</li><li>
Manage projects in the transfer of productions and/or processes in coordination with overall project plans</li><li>
Cooperate and provide technical support within supply chain management for new raw material introduction, recipe setting &amp; adaptations, setting of specifications</li><li>
Organize management of QC retained samples (SAP records, storage, labeling)</li><li>
Check similarity between process and process parameters (pressure, temperature, time) of different production steps: Premix/Milling/Post blending/Filling</li><li>
Coordinate technology transfer and information within the Siegwerk Group</li><li>
Design tracking documents for recording the status of transfer for each reference (recipe, sample, specs, industrial tests 1/2/3, COE validation when needed)</li><li>
Analyze gaps, identify root causes as well as solve issues locally in direct alignment with Technology team in CO.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications/Competences:</b></p><ul><li>University degree (e.g. preferably Chemical Engineering)</li><li>Min. 5 years progressive experience in relevant field</li><li>SAP knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of dispersion/milling processes and systems</li><li>Experience with Change Management</li><li>Excellent leadership skills and experience with communicating across different business levels &amp; cultures</li><li>Fluent in English / International experience</li></ul></div>
