This role serves as the primary on-site HR support resource, assisting with recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, employee records, and general office administration.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>HR Operations &amp; Coordination</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR administrative support.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage HR communications, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain organized employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Communicate regularly with employees, managers, and external partners regarding HR-related processes and updates.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Recruiting, Onboarding &amp; Offboarding</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment documentation.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support new hire onboarding by collecting required paperwork, coordinating training logistics, and assisting with benefits enrollment.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage uniform ordering and distribution for employees.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate offboarding processes including final payroll coordination, property retrieval, and exit documentation.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Payroll Support</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Assist with payroll administration including timekeeping coordination and documentation for wage garnishments and income withholding orders.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support timecard accuracy and communicate payroll updates as needed.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain documentation related to pay changes, reimbursements, and attendance tracking.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Employee Support</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, timekeeping, and leave.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Escalate complex employee relations matters to the HR Business Partner.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Respond to unemployment claims, employment verifications, and third-party requests.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Workers' Compensation &amp; Leave Administration</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Assist with workers' compensation claims by gathering documentation, opening claims with carriers, and tracking claim status.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide guidance to employees regarding leave processes and documentation requirements.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Benefits &amp; Compliance Support</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Support benefits administration including new hire enrollment and open enrollment activities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure workplace compliance materials and notices are posted and communicated appropriately.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Assist with safety training and licensing requirements as needed.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Office &amp; Administrative Support</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Support daily office administrative operations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate with vendors providing employee services such as uniforms, screenings, or benefits administration.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage office calendars, internal communications, and employee recognition announcements.</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>2&ndash;4 years of HR or HR administrative experience.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p>
</li>
<li><p>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred</p>
</li>
<li><p>PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus</p>
</li>
<li>Experience in a position with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.</li>
<li>Prior experience in multi-site or distributed employee environments is a plus.</li>
