About the Role:</b></p><p>
Sierra Management and Technologies is recruiting for a Product Owner/ Team Lead to lead the development and delivery of innovative data-driven solutions for the NAWCAD Readiness &amp; Fleet Analytics (R&amp;FA) Division&rsquo;s Advanced Analytics and Innovation (AA&amp;I) Branch at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. This Product Owner/Team Lead will manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with customers to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements for advanced software systems and computational solutions to support and modernize sustainment operations. As a Product Owner/Team Lead, you will oversee the development of actionable solutions using web development and data science platforms such as Databricks, GitLab, JIRA, AWS, NUCLEUS, and JavaScript. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence tools to support Program Management Air (PMA) offices, Air Systems Group, Command, Fleet Readiness Centers, and other Department of Defense (DoD) services.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Lead and manage cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective execution of the Scrum process.</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.</li><li>
Track labor hours for projects and ensure the team operates within budget and schedule constraints.</li><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.</li><li>
Gather, prioritize, and refine high-level requirements from customers to develop actionable product roadmaps.</li><li>
Occasionally provide &ldquo;ballpark&rdquo; ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) labor hour projections to help customers assess feasibility and funding needs.</li><li>
Interface with new customers to explain AA&amp;I processes, technical expectations, and project workflows.</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and technical feasibility.</li><li>
Ensure product backlogs are well-organized, actionable, and aligned with customer goals.</li><li>
Work closely with developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>
Develop and implement business process standards for development teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.</li><li>
Organize and facilitate Agile/Scrum process development and training sessions.</li><li>
Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment on technology procurement and development strategies.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance to developers and organize technical training sessions as needed.</li></ul></div><p><b>

About the Role:</b></p><p>
Sierra Technologies is seeking Non-Certified Pharmacy Technicians in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) contract. This position will be based at the CMOP facility in Ladson, South Carolina.</p><p>
The Non-Certified Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in the preparation, packaging, and dispensing of medications while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with VA, CMOP, and federal standards. This position plays a vital role in supporting the timely and efficient delivery of prescription medications to Veterans nationwide.</p>
This position is a McNamara-O&rsquo;Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) position. The current hourly rate is $20.87, and it is non-negotiable.<br>

Fill and stock medications in automated devices and various storage locations.</li><li>
