Job descriptionGrowing practice looking for experienced long term medical front office coordinator.Candidate must be professional, independently motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, articulate, pleasant, punctual, and patient-oriented. Good communication and customer service skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to work with others as a team player are required. Candidate must demonstrate strong work ethics.We are looking for someone with a great attitude and excellent phone skills. Office environment is pleasant with supportive management.Job duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Answering and addressing phone calls and patient concerns and questions.</li><li>Scheduling and confirming patient appointment.</li><li>Scheduling procedures.</li><li>Communicating with surgical centers, patients, insurance companies and staff.</li><li>General office organization and maintenance of patient charts.</li><li>Insurance verifications.</li><li>Processing of patients during clinic days.</li><li>Check in and check out of patients.</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress and challenging environment.</li></ul>Medical Assistant Certificate preferred. Prior experience in a medical office is preferred.
