Sierra Pacific Windows is a leading manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors known for innovation and excellence. Sierra Pacific is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Interns will gain experience in a production environment, work with manufacturing to build custom applications, and develop tools to improve manufacturing efficiency. This is a temporary position for summer 2026. 
 
Duties include, but are not limited to 
<ul><li>
Data Analytics - analyze manufacturing and inventory data to improve operations 
</li><li>
Inventory Tools Development - assist in creating inventory tools that will help identify and proactively solve inventory-related issues 
</li><li>
Process Improvement - collaborate with multiple departments to implement inventory and production optimization proposals 
</li><li>
Plant scheduling optimization - improve the flow of information throughout the plant</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Current freshman, sophomore, or junior actively pursuing a degree in operations and supply chain management, computer science, CIS, or a significantly related field 
</li><li>
Superior analytical and quantitative skills; technical proficiency required 
</li><li>
Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills 
</li><li>
Strong technical acumen including MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
</li><li>
Strong time management skills</li></ul>

Operations and Supply Chain Management Intern

We are seeking a qualified Swing Shift Diesel Mechanic for our trucking division based in Shelton, Washington. 
 
About the Position 
<ul><li>
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on diesel trucks, pickup trucks, log trailers, and semi-trailers 
</li><li>
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical defects 
</li><li>
Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and maintain maintenance records 
</li><li>
Operate equipment as needed 
</li><li>
Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner 
</li><li>
Maintain work area appearance and safety 
</li><li>
Work may consist of day or swing-shift, with some overtime, weekend, and holiday work during busy production times</li></ul> 

Qualifications
 
<ul><li>1 year of diesel mechanic experience or educational equivalent 
</li><li>
Proven prior experience working the above-mentioned vehicles required 
</li><li>
Knowledge of Cummins Insite and Davie diagnostic tools a plus 
</li><li>
Preference given to applicants with fabrication and metal work experience 
</li><li>
Working knowledge of both gasoline and diesel engines 
</li><li>
All applicants must be at least age 18</li></ul>
