We are looking for a dedicated Operator to oversee and manage the production activities on the shop floor efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead to Operate flexo plate-making machines efficiently.</li><li>Manage imaging, processing, drying, and finishing of plates.</li><li>Mount plates accurately on carriers or sleeves.</li><li>Ensure machine calibration and exposure settings.</li><li>Perform basic maintenance and report faults.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with design/prepress for job specs.</li><li>Inspect plate quality and record production data.</li><li>Follow schedules and meet production targets.</li><li>Work in shifts and follow company policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: DAE / B.Tech / BSc / BE (Mechanical / Printing / Industrial or relevant field)</li><li>Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in Flexographic or Printing Industry</li><li>Strong team leadership and shift management</li><li>Familiarity with Flexo plate-making processes</li><li>Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Shift Timing: Rotational ShiftsJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you work in shifts?</li><li>Age?</li><li>Last and Expected Salary</li><li>Have own bike?</li></ul><ul><li>Reason of Joining or Switching?</li></ul><ul><li>Resident Area?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Flexo/offset/Printing industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
