We're looking for a product-minded data engineer who ships end-to-end features, not just pipelines. You'll own the full lifecycle of data and AI-powered products &mdash; from pipeline to production &mdash; and work directly with customers, ops, and product to define and solve the right problems.
As a Product Engineer, you&rsquo;ll help build the tools and automation that shippers and 3PLs rely on to run their business &mdash; owning problems end to end. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with your team, product partners, domain experts, and clients to build a deep understanding of a domain problem, then work backwards to the right technical solution. You&rsquo;ll use automation and AI as core tools in how you approach and deliver solutions that make a real difference for the shippers and 3PLs who depend on them.<ul><li>
Build and maintain the data pipelines, automation, and product features that shippers and 3PLs depend on</li><li>
Partner with product, operations, domain experts, and customers to define problems and validate that what you build actually solves them</li><li>
Own problems end-to-end &mdash; from understanding the business need through designing, building, shipping, and supporting the solution in production</li><li>
Write and own your own tests and data-quality checks, catching correctness issues before they reach customers</li><li>
Use AI and automation to accelerate how you build, while verifying and standing behind everything you ship</li><li>
Work across the stack &mdash; data, backend, and the customer-facing surfaces &mdash; going wherever the problem leads</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and its transformation tooling (e.g. dbt)*</li><li>
Demonstrated success implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, BitBucket pipelines)</li><li>
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering</li><li>
Designed or managed data pipelines handling millions of records daily</li><li>
Proven experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders*</li><li>
Experience deploying and maintaining systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation</li></ul>

 Schedule: weekdays only // hours are generally between 6am-2:30pm

Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.
 
 
 Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver + serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients&rsquo; locations.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.
 
 
 
 What You'll Be Doing

 Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client&rsquo;s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
 </li>

 Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client&rsquo;s office
 </li>

 Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client&rsquo;s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
 </li>
 <li>
 Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
 </li>
 <li>
 Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
