This position plays a key role in the overall appearance and upkeep of the grounds we service. Ideal candidates are punctual, safety-minded, and take pride in their work.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine lawn care, such as mowing, trimming, edging, and applying bark as needed</li><li>Maintain flower beds and landscape features</li><li>Prune trees and shrubs to encourage healthy growth</li><li>Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively</li><li>Irrigate gardens and lawns as needed</li><li>Remove weeds, debris, and seasonal buildup</li><li>Assist with other tasks as needed</li></ul>Basic Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work sites</li><li>Ability to safely drive a company vehicle between properties</li><li>Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius</li><li>Regular, on-time attendance as scheduled</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of landscaping or groundskeeping experience</li><li>Familiarity with landscaping equipment and safety practices</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Ability to pass a standard background check</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with applicable federal and state laws (includes marijuana)</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time (typically Monday&ndash;Friday, day shifts)</li><li>Occasional evenings or weekends as needed; overtime as needed</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>All positions at our company are paid and classified as at-will employment.</li><li>The duties described are general in nature and may be adjusted based on business needs, consistent with applicable laws.</li><li>Relocation to the Salem, OR area is required before the start date</li></ul>Join Our Team If you're dependable, safety-conscious, positive and enjoy working outdoors, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
