Key responsibilities</div><br>

<li><b>Le</b>ad and coordinate SIG&rsquo;s product innovation and portfolio activities in the MEA region.</li>
<li> Act as the key link between global and regional teams to drive product updates, assess feasibility, and align innovations with market needs.
</li><li>Consolidate feedback from MEA markets to support global innovation processes, ensure effective product positioning, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical functions to introduce and support new innovation formats and packaging substrates, as well as the validation of new products and categories on SIG equipment.</li></ul><br>

<li>University degree in Engineering or Science or Business from an accredited university. Desired: MBA</li>
<li>10 years&rsquo; experience in the industry
</li><li>Proficiency in English &amp; Arabic is mandatory.
</li><li>Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.</li><br>

Product Marketing Manager MEA

<div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Supervise the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems.</li>
<li>Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues related to electronic devices, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and other automation components.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts inventory.</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement of spare parts or specialized repairs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Train junior technicians on standard operating procedures and best practices in electronics maintenance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to support upgrades or modifications to existing systems.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports on equipment status and recommend improvements for reliability or efficiency.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div><div></div>

Executive - Electrical Maintenance

<div><ul><li>Managing the end-to-end cycle of Board and Committee meetings, from drafting agendas to recording statutory minutes.</li>
<li>Ensuring timely submission of annual forms (AOC-4, MGT-7) and event-based forms via the MCA-21 portal.</li>
<li>Handling share allotments, transfers, and private placements.</li>
<li>Reporting foreign investments (FDI) and managing filings like FCGPR/FBP with the RBI for international stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinating with external secretarial consultants and auditors and ensuring all mandatory statutory registers are updated and accurate.</li>
<li>Representing the company before the Registrar of Companies and the Regional Director for any notices or approvals.</li>
<li>Reviewing NDAs, vendor and other commercial contracts to mitigate legal and operational risks.</li>
<li>Planning and executing the Annual General Meeting, ensuring all shareholder communications meet legal timelines.</li>
<li>Managing the annual DIR-3 KYC filings for all directors and ensuring they hold valid Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and DINs.</li>
<li>Managing all other regulatory compliances under Companies Act and related corporate laws.</li></ul></div>
