We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will lead financial operations, drive system efficiency, and ensure process optimization through technology-enabled financial management. This role involves overseeing end-to-end finance processes, managing ERP implementations, and providing strategic insights to support business growth and compliance.Qualifications &amp; Experience:15+ years of progressive experience in financial management<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials.</li></ul>Implementation/Upgrade<ul><li>5 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and Upgrade</li><li>4 full-cycle Oracle EBS ERP implementations and Upgrade</li></ul>&middot; Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Financial Reporting.&middot; Working exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials.&middot; Solid understanding of finance processes, internal controls, and statutory compliance.&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master&rsquo;s preferred).&middot; Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead and manage the organization&rsquo;s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.&middot; Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring system optimization and alignment with business objectives.&middot; Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).&middot; Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance existing Fusion functionalities and integrate with other business systems.&middot; Drive process automation and standardization initiatives across financial operations.&middot; Provide functional oversight on Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.&middot; Leverage prior EBS experience to ensure continuity and effective migration or coexistence strategies between EBS and Fusion.&middot; Support internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.&middot; Partner with business stakeholders to deliver financial insights, variance analysis, and decision support.&middot; Mentor and guide finance teams in adopting digital tools and best practices.&middot; Should be able to train and mentor team members effectively.&middot; Should be capable of leading and managing the finance team to achieve organizational goals.&middot; Should demonstrate strong pre-sales and presentation skills during client meetings when required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
