Secret Shopper&reg; is a customer experience measurement firm with 30+ years in the industry. We partner with well-known brands to evaluate real customer experiences in both digital and brick-and-mortar environments. We&rsquo;re hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to recruit and assign independent contractors (&ldquo;secret shoppers&rdquo;) to mystery shopping assignments&mdash;accurately, on time, and to client requirements.This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and hitting measurable goals.Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruit and fill open assignments via email, text, calls, and platform messaging</li><li>Match shoppers to assignments based on requirements (timing, location, experience, reporting needs)</li><li>Set clear expectations, confirm understanding, and reduce cancellations/no-shows</li><li>Track assignment status and document details accurately in internal systems/spreadsheets</li><li>Resolve last-minute gaps by quickly finding replacements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and meet client needs</li></ul>What success looks like<ul><li>Assignments filled by deadline with minimal last-minute gaps</li><li>Low cancellation/no-show rates through proactive follow-up</li><li>Accurate, up-to-date notes that reduce errors and rework</li><li>Consistent daily progress on open shops</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>1+ year in customer service, scheduling, staffing, operations coordination, or similar</li><li>Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry) and ability to learn new systems</li><li>High attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Experience coordinating contractors/dispatch/appointment scheduling (plus)</li><li>Bilingual (plus)</li><li>Bachelor's degree (plus)</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, typical hours 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PM</li><li>One weekend per month: respond to shopper emails (one weekday off the week before or after to maintain a 40-hour week)</li></ul>How to applySubmit your resume.
