 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Data Analysis &amp; Business Intelligence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, external files)
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain data models to support reporting and business intelligence needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide analytical insights to support both operational and strategic decision-making.

 Reporting &amp; Visualization
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and implement reporting frameworks to deliver timely and accurate business metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Automate recurring reports and develop self-service analytics solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Create real-time dashboards for monitoring business performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enhance existing reporting infrastructure
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training and support to end users on dashboards and reporting tools.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience delivering end-to-end data projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency with Power BI (required) or other BI platforms (Tableau, QlikView, Looker)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in DAX and Power Query for advanced Power BI development
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ETL tools and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of cloud data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with API integrations and data connectivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
 
 
 </li>

 Data Management &amp; Governance
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data quality management
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
