The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, guide junior designers, and ensure high-quality design output for various signage projects including retail, corporate, and outdoor installations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support.</li><li>Assign projects and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.</li><li>Create &amp; Review signage designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand identity.</li><li>Collaborate with operations, marketing, and clients to coordinate design execution.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of production-ready files and ensure technical accuracy for printing and installation.</li><li>Maintain design standards, best practices, and workflows within the team.</li><li>Stay updated on signage industry trends, materials, and production techniques.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions to foster growth and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience in signage design.</li><li>Strong proficiency in design software such as CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.</li><li>Experience managing a design team and coordinating multiple projects.</li><li>Knowledge of production processes, materials, and techniques for signage.</li><li>Strong visual storytelling, typography, and conceptualization skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience in large-format printing, wayfinding, or environmental graphics.</li><li>Exposure to American/International signage standards.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and team workflow optimization.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;900,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
