Technical Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Client outreaching through calls, chats and mail.</li><li>Engage potential clients and convert them into active trading clients.</li><li>Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination and generating revenue.</li><li>Establish and maintain long term client relationships.</li><li>Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.</li><li>Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.</li><li>Achieve monthly targets for revenue generation through client acquisition.</li></ul>Qualifications :<ul><li>Fluent English Communication.(verbal and written)</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree. (must have )</li><li>Sales or direct client interaction internship experience for freshers.</li><li>Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct client interaction profile for experienced applicants.</li><li>Knowledge of the Domestic and Global Financial Market.
