Key Roles:<ul><li>Responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets.</li><li>Monitor team performance and ensure collective success.</li><li>Conduct cold calling to generate leads and close deals.</li><li>Assist clients with their grievances and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Work across all three domains: Signal Services, Broking, and Copy Trading.</li><li>Develop and implement new sales strategies to drive revenue generation.</li><li>Research and explore global Forex &amp; Comex markets for potential business growth.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.</li><li>Guide and mentor the team to enhance performance.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.</li><li>Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in client success, account management, or customer service.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have knowledge &amp; experience with Forex/Comex market? </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
