 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 <ul>

 Configure and launch AI Cloud Employees while capturing key customer data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business problems into measurable AI workflows and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support customer onboarding with strong documentation and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze usage data and provide feedback to improve customer outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with reporting frameworks and dashboards to demonstrate ROI.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Who you are
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 0&ndash;3 years in research, analytics, or SaaS operations OR recently graduated in data-focused fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communicator who enjoys turning insights into clear recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interested in applying analytical skills in customer-facing settings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hungry, humble, and eager to grow in the AI product/customer success space.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Your first 60 days (you&rsquo;ll be trained, so come curious):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Learn Signals + AI/LLM basics, shadow launches, and complete internal onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-own small customer implementations with a mentor; document a simple playbook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead a small go-live end-to-end with guidance; demo what you built to the team.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice-to-have (not Required)
 
 
 
 Zapier/Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python/JS, Salesforce/HubSpot, data viz.
